Wick and Wick Holder
Perfect for when you need more than just a spare wick -- whether you want extras on hand in case of a pouring mishap, or you’re looking to create larger candles that require multiple wicks.
Wick: Crafted from cotton woven with paper threads and coated in wax, our wicks are designed for a consistent, even, and clean burn. Lead- and zinc-free, they’re safe, reliable, and easy to work with; 6 inches
Wick Holder: Made of 100% wood, our wick holder keeps your wick centered and secure while your candle sets, ensuring a smooth pour every time; 4.5 inches
Usage Notes:
- Each wick is designed for vessels 3" wide.
- Vessels smaller than 3" may risk cracking.
- Vessels larger than 3" may not achieve a full burn with a single wick.
Tip: For candles larger than 3″, you may want to use 2 or more wicks, depending on the vessel size and shape. Every candle burns a little differently, so testing is the best way to make sure you get an even, edge-to-edge burn.
Use vessels that are:
- 3" Wide
- Can withstand heat, won't leak, crack, or catch fire
Ideal Vessel Types / Material:
• Thick Glass
• Glazed Ceramic
• Sealed Concrete
• Metal Tins
Our wicks are designed for vessels that are 3" wide.
This size is essential for proper performance, as the wick will burn to about 3". Using a smaller vessel may cause it to crack, while larger vessels may not achieve a full burn.
Yes, you can use multiple wicks for larger candles!
Just keep in mind that each of our wicks burns about 3″ wide. For example, in a 5–6″ round vessel, two wicks may not always reach the edges evenly, and three wicks could create a hotter burn than intended.
That’s why testing is key; every vessel, fragrance, and wax blend can behave differently.
Each candle is individually hand-poured in our Brooklyn studio with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after they're placed.
